Ich begleite dich individuell auf deinem Weg aus Erschöpfung, ME/CFS, Burnout oder Long Covid.

In den Sitzungen schauen wir gemeinsam, wo du gerade stehst, und was du jetzt wirklich brauchst. Ich helfe dir, Zusammenhänge zu erkennen, innere Anteile besser zu verstehen und neue entlastende Perspektiven zu entwickeln. Dabei orientiere ich mich an IFS (Internal Family Systems), gezielten Fragen und achtsamer Reflexion, in deinem Tempo.

Nach jeder Stunde erhältst du eine Zusammenfassung und passende Übungen, die dich nach unseren Gesprächen unterstützen. So kannst du die Methoden einfach in deinen Alltag zu integrieren und mehr Selbstwirksamkeit zu erleben.

Das erste Coaching-Gespräch bietet uns die Gelegenheit, uns kennenzulernen und ist unverbindlich. Dabei bekomme ich ein Gefühl dafür, wo du gerade stehst, welche Form der Begleitung dich am besten unterstützt und ob die Chemie zwischen uns passt.

Die ATEMPRAXIS verbindet Atemübungen mit einfachen Bewegungen. Es ist toll, wenn du oft angespannt bist, schlecht runterkommst oder ständig erschöpft bist.

Perfekt für Alle, denen Meditation in Stille schwerfällt.
