”I didn't know my life could feel this light again. Before the course I had limited options and didn't dare to expand. I haven't had a crash in 6 months and I feel more confident as ever about my body and my health.”
- Clara Schmidt
What you will learn
It's the small changes that have lasting impact.

Break the Crash-Cycle
Burnout patients are stuck in a never ending cycle of crashes. This is scary. The program helps you understand how to break this cycle and not get discouraged if you do experiences crashes.
Expand your life

Stress is the cause for burnout and fatigue. This stress can manifest in various ways. The answer to all of that is realizing, relaxing, and relearning. Understand the patterns that cause you to crash, learn new healthy habits to support your life, and follow what gives you energy.
Realize, Reframe and Rise
Life gets smaller and smaller during fatigue. Potential threats may be just around the corner provoking yet another crash. We stop doing what makes us happy and deprive us of joy and quality of life. Expand your life, do again what makes you happy.

Leave your Symptoms behind.
Having suffered from brain fog, headaches, fatigue, and exhaustion, even after a little bit of exercise, I know how bad it can get. Don't let your symptoms dictate your life; move on from them.
My fatigue Story
After experiencing burnout, I felt I was on my own. It took six months to receive a diagnosis, and a year to secure a place at a psychosomatic clinic. This made me question whether the healthcare system truly understands women's health.
I'm here so that you don't have to go through the same struggles as I did.

Frequently asked questions
When will I get better?
Recovery looks different for everyone. What I’ve seen is that the more consistently you apply the tools, the sooner you notice shifts. Some people feel small changes within weeks, others take longer. The important part is: you can get better, step by step, and you don’t have to do it alone.
How many Coaching Calls will I have?
After your free introductory call, you can book weekly coaching sessions. I recommend 6–8 sessions, each 20–40 minutes, to give your body and mind time to adjust while keeping the process manageable.
What is this not?
This is not medical advice, and I am not a doctor. What I share comes from my own recovery journey, combined with science-based practices that have been shown to help with stress, resilience, and fatigue. My role is to guide you with tools and accountability.
Is this program for me?
This program is designed for people who feel stuck in a cycle of fatigue, stress, or burnout — whether it started after an illness, long-term stress, or nervous system overload. If you’ve tried to rest but still wake up exhausted, or you want simple, science-backed tools to rebuild your energy and resilience, this program may be a fit for you.
Can I continue talking to you?
Yes. If you’d like more support after the program, you can book additional coaching sessions with me. Many clients choose this option to stay accountable and keep building on their progress. These sessions are separate from the main program, so you can decide what feels right for you.
Get your money back.
If you don’t notice any benefit after completing the program, you’ll receive a full refund — no questions asked. Your recovery is my priority, and I only want you to invest if this truly helps you.
