Working with Julia has been a stroke of luck for me!

"Reflecting together, yoga nidra, and the links to the many helpful exercises have brought me back to myself enormously and given me more energy, joie de vivre, and optimism.

Julia's very structured approach and way of working makes practicing after our sessions much easier. I also really appreciate the summary she gives after each session.

What's particularly special for me is the feeling that Julia treats me as an equal. Our exchanges feel like conversations with a good friend who brings her own wealth of knowledge and experience to the table."
