Working with Julia has been a stroke of luck for me!

Reflecting together, yoga nidra, and the links to the many helpful exercises have brought me back to myself enormously and given me more energy, joie de vivre, and optimism.

Julia's very structured approach and way of working makes practicing after our sessions much easier. I also really appreciate the summary she gives after each session.

What's particularly special for me is the feeling that Julia treats me as an equal. Our exchanges feel like conversations with a good friend who brings her own wealth of knowledge and experience to the table."

What you will learn

It's the small changes that have lasting impact.

Break the Crash-Cycle

Burnout patients are stuck in a never ending cycle of crashes. This is scary. The program helps you understand how to break this cycle and not get discouraged if you do experiences crashes.

Expand your life

Stress is the cause for burnout and fatigue. This stress can manifest in various ways. The answer to all of that is realizing, relaxing, and relearning. Understand the patterns that cause you to crash, learn new healthy habits to support your life, and follow what gives you energy.

Realize, Reframe and Rise

Life gets smaller and smaller during fatigue. Potential threats may be just around the corner provoking yet another crash. We stop doing what makes us happy and deprive us of joy and quality of life. Expand your life, do again what makes you happy.

Leave your Symptoms behind.

Having suffered from brain fog, headaches, fatigue, and exhaustion, even after a little bit of exercise, I know how bad it can get. Don't let your symptoms dictate your life; move on from them.

My fatigue Story

After experiencing burnout three years ago, I felt completely alone. Despite a long list of symptoms that made life feel like an uphill battle, GP's wouldn't know what I had and told me I was fine. My symptoms only worsened and I developed chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS).

I followed science-based practices and methods to reconnect my body, mind, and soul. After a lot of trial and error I started to get better and better. My energy returned, my fatigue disappeared and I began to experience greater clarity and inner peace.

It's now been three years since I started out on my own journey, and I'm now helping others to do the same. No one should have to walk this path alone.

Life-time access to the self-paced program, recovering everything you need in order to heal.

You have been struggling with physical pain in your limbs, neck or shoulders for years. You may also have stomach pain and a limited variety of food that you can eat.

ongoing fatigue

You may never wake up feeling relaxed and energised. Or you might, but you'll soon find yourself feeling drained and tired again. You might also experience PEM which is a feeling of exhaustion and fatigue after exercising.

lost trust in your body?

You have lost trust in yourself or your body. You may cancel all the activities that used to bring you joy and happiness just to make it to your part-time job.

You have felt powerless in the face of what has happened or is still happening to you.

rumination

You keep thinking the same unproductive thoughts over and over again. You are not choosing to do this.

33%

About one-third of patients who experience burnout report persistent fatigue even after the initial episode.

43%

Over the past five years, the number of people unable to work for extended periods due to burnout or depression has increased by 43%.

Impact of Burnout

25%

Twenty-five percent experience a relapse after returning to work, and fifty percent fear relapsing.

While many of my clients developed chronic fatigue following burnout, others experienced it after an illness, period of stress, or emotional overload. What they have in common is the same underlying imbalance: a nervous system that has been under pressure for too long.

Frequently asked questions

What makes The Fatigue Switch different?

The Fatigue Switch is a practical, science-based coaching framework that combines nervous system regulation, breathwork, and mindfulness practices. Rather than pushing through fatigue, you will learn how to activate calmness and energy from within, step by step and without feeling overwhelmed.

How many Coaching Calls do I need?

After your free introductory call, you can schedule weekly coaching sessions. I recommend six to eight 50-minute sessions to learn the basics, which gives your body and mind time to adjust while keeping the process manageable. If you want more accountability and support, I can stay on your side.

Is it therapeutic or medical?

No, the Fatigue Switch is a coaching program, not a medical or therapeutic treatment. It focuses on self-regulation, mindset and lifestyle tools. Many clients find it helpful in complementing therapy, as it offers practical structure, accountability, and daily tools and strategies.

Is this coaching for me?

The Fatigue Switch is for you if you’re ready to play an active role in your recovery. It’s not a quick fix; it’s a guided process that helps you rebuild your energy, resilience, and trust in your body, step by step. You’ll learn practical tools to calm your nervous system, manage stress, and restore balance. However, real change happens when you consistently apply these tools in your daily life.

If you’re open-minded and curious about your own growth and committed to it, this program will meet you where you are and help you move forward with confidence.

Can I continue talking to you?

Yes. If you’d like more support after the program, you can book additional coaching sessions with me. Many clients choose this option to stay accountable and keep building on their progress. These sessions are separate from the main program, so you can decide what feels right for you.

I’ve already tried supplements, and pacing.
How does this approach work?

Unlike traditional methods, which focus only on symptoms, The Fatigue Switch helps you retrain your body’s stress response. You’ll learn to work with your nervous system instead of against it.
